Have one room available w/ large closet. Have other room rented to young female student. You will be sharing a full bathroom I with other tenant in adjacent bedroom. Full access to house area including kitchen, dining room, private pool and full outside grill/patio/lounge area. All Utils included - elec, water, sewer, trash HS Internet, access to washer and dryer onsite. Lawn and pool maintenance are taken care of by owner. An all inclusive package at $1000. No smoking inside house but outside is fine. It’s a 5-15+ walk or 5 min bike ride to public transportation stop that can take you to Riverside Community or UOC. Plenty of nearby food and local Albertsons. My wife and I are professional executives that travel often-so you would have a lot of free access to the entire home yourself. Home is located in a quiet col-de-sac. Son moved out (again) so looking for serious semi-quiet renters (like focused college students) who will also keep their bathroom and rooms clean and clean up after themselves after use in the common areas.
