Hello! I’m looking for a roommate beginning January/February 1st. I live in a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Tahquitz Canyon Way & Farrell Dr. in Palm Springs.

The available bedroom is 10.5’ x 12’ with walk-in closet and own bathroom with walk-in shower. A covered parking space is also included.

I’m hoping to find an easygoing, mature or retired male roommate who is a non-smoker and comfortable sharing space with a friendly cat.
