Hi there! My roomies and I have 2 rooms available.

Room 1 fits a queen size bed and dresser and is small but a good size. It has a shared bathroom with 1 female roommate. It will be available December 20th. The lease would be for 1 year and 1 month (ending Feb 1, 2026). Deposit $750.

Room 2 is larger and has a private bathroom. It will be available Feb. 1 for a 1 year lease. Deposit $1000.

This will be an official lease through our landlord, so a 650 credit score, stable income (at least 3x the rent, and rental history preferred.

Pets:
Small pets like fish or turtles are ok. Willing to consider a cat. My roommate is adopting a cat next month, and I have a dog who unfortunately does not get along well with other dogs.
