Rooms for Rent – Great Location – Santa Rose Highlands Area, Murrieta, CA

Renting out two upstairs rooms in my clean, well-kept home in Murrieta. I’m looking for responsible, respectful, and clean roommates to share a peaceful, low-key living space.

-Two upstairs rooms available with a shared bathroom

-Both rooms overlook the community pool, located right in front of the condo

-Rooms are right next to the laundry room for easy access

-Half bath downstairs

-Fresh paint and recently cleaned carpets

-Unfurnished, but I’m happy to help move furniture upstairs if needed Patio with BBQ and seating area

-No parties. Guests are welcome as long as it’s within reason and respectful.

-Extra rent fee will apply for couples. Willing to work with you guys

-Drama-free, chill atmosphere – ideal for someone easygoing and mindful of shared space

-I’m a military owner, open-minded about who rents. Just be clean, responsible, and have steady income

🏡 Prime location – Close proximity to: I-15 Freeway, Gyms, Home Depot, Walmart & Target, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Cardenas Market, Plenty of restaurants and takeout options

About the roomies

-I’m in my thirties. My girlfriend comes over often with her Golden Retriever (a bonus amenity for dog lovers). We’re very chill people. -Until both rooms are rented out. You will have the bathroom to yourself.
