Home is shared with one other female renter, who works at home. There is a small dog on the property.
The room is fully furnished (but can also be rented unfurnished if needed). It has a Queen size newer bed, and a TV.
Also, there is a very large walk-in closet, ideal for extra storage.
All utilities and internet are included in rent.
The home is a single story in a nice quiet, safe residential area. There is a community pool. You would have full kitchen access. Washer and Dryer located in the garage. A dedicated parking spot (in driveway).
This rental would be ideal for a nurse. Only 3 miles (10 mins) from the new Inland Valley Hospital (Wildomar) and 8 miles (20 mins) from the Loma Linda Medical Center.
Initial rental would be a 6 month Lease.
Possible 90 day minimum stay, if appropriate.
$250 Security deposit.
