This is a peaceful no drama household. Since my sister and niece live in the home, we are only looking for female tenants. However we will consider a male tenant with a child. We’re honest and neat, we value open communication and a fun, relaxed vibe at home. We don’t smoke, enjoy occasional hangouts, and we’re always up for sharing cleaning duties.

Two rooms available with a shared large double sink bathroom that includes a tib a shower. One room rents for $1050.00 with a $1000.00 deposit. The other rents for $850.00 with a $850.00 security deposit. Both have new carpet and paint. Available 11/15/2025
