My husband and I offer a private bedroom ( 2nd level ). The bedroom has  Wi-Fi connection with Kitchen privilege. There is a full bathroom with tub/ shower shared with one person.. Additional storage is provided and backyard patio. .Washer and dryer is included. Our home is in a very secure neighborhood in Murrieta. We are located close to shopping, restaurants and the 215 and 1band is a teacher he teaches via YouTube we have a downstairs studio that we stream his teaching twice a week. He teaches theology. We prefer a retired senior.

We are a mature couple that live alone with a single cat Felix and we have plenty of room to offer a mature and responsible person that is looking for privacy security. We are conservative in outlook, ethics, politics and worldview.

 
A $250 deposit with 1st month rent is required and the deposit will be Returned when the Renter moves out.

We are a drug-free tobacco-free home. Moderate alcohol. A 6 month lease is required. 

We prefer a mature person that has some references and verification of income. A 3 month lease is required..
