Hello looking for a renter (couples welcome) to take over my portion of the lease at my current apartment you will be living with an individual already. Clean keeps to themselves and does have a dog but is very friendly and does not have access to the rest of the apartment unless owner is there to supervise. The room itself is a master bed room with en suite bath. Full access to the rest of the apartment including the kitchen, pantry, washer dryer, living room and patio. Quiet, is close to lots of shops and restaurants. A great area to live. Please feel free to reach out if interested in viewing the room!
