Rent: $900/month — includes utilities & Wi-Fi
Deposit: $250 to save the room — goes toward your first month’s rent

Room Details:
• Large walk-in closet
• Dresser and bed included, but they can be removed if you prefer your own furniture
• Bathroom is pretty much yours
• Washer/dryer access
• Street parking
• Light kitchen use preferred — ideal for someone who doesn't cook much

Looking For:
• Single occupant only — no couples or kids (occasional visits are okay)
• Short-term or long-term rental is okay
• One small pet may be considered for an additional $100/month
• Occasional guests are fine as long as we get a heads-up
• Prefer someone who does not work from home
• Must be willing to meet in person before moving forward

A Little About the Home:

I’m the homeowner, female, 38. My boyfriend also lives here, but it’s usually just me at the house. I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who works outside of the home and is respectful of a quiet environment.

We’re pretty easygoing, clean, and like to keep the house peaceful. I also have two small hypoallergenic dogs — you can probably spot them in the photos! They’re my little minions and my world. 🐶🐶
