Hi, My name is Martin, my wife Beatriz and I are renting a (furnished or unfurnished) bedroom and a private bathroom in our home in South Menifee, approximately 2 miles from the 215 frwy with easy Frwy access and just about 1 mile from the MT Sac. Menifee campus. Our home is quiet, neat and clean, in a very quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac in South Menifee. Rent is all inclusive, which includes the bedroom, the private bathroom, all utilities including 1 Gig FiOS high speed internet which is great for gaming & streaming, full kitchen & laundry privileges. We also have a 2nd bedroom available for an additional $500/mth if needed. Use one room as a bedroom the other as a den or office, set up your PC in there or whatever your needs require. Both rooms are hard wired for internet & we have great WiFi as well, both rooms have ceiling fans and hardwood flooring. The listed rent for one room is $1000/mth (unfurnished) & $1200/mth(furnished) both rooms are $1500/mth. A perfect setup for the right person.
