$900 Room For Rent

Room in a quiet new neighborhood. Looking to rent out one of the rooms. Has a large walk in closet, a dresser and, a bed but can be remove if you prefer. The bathroom is pretty much yours. It gets use sometimes when we have guess or when my son who lives in San Diego in the Navy comes to visit. Occasional guest is ok as long as we get a heads up. Light kitchen use Preferred. Someone who doesn't care to cook. Access to washer/dryer. Street parking.

I am the homeowner female/38. My boyfriend also lives here but it's usually just me at the house. I work from home but I prefer someone who does not work from home. We are pretty easy going and clean. We mind our own business and would want someone who is the same. I have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs who you can see around the photos, they are my minions and my world!

**Single Occupant Only/ No couples / No kids (visiting ok)
**We are open to 1 small pet but it will be $100 more a month
**Short Term or Long term ok

The security Deposit is more a Holding deposit. it will go towards the first months rent. If you are interested please let me know a little about yourself!
