I am looking for male roommates to share a Heritage Lake House in Menifee CA, near McCall and Menifee Rd. (About 5 minutes to freeway) individual men, no couples.
I have a downstairs ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom for $1,100 available July 1st and a Master Bedroom for $1,400 available July 1st. I have 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom with 1 other person for $800 each available July 1st. The shared bathroom has a double vanity so you will have your own sink and storage cabinet. The Laundry room is conveniently located in the house. Everyone in the house will have their own storage cabinets in the laundry room and the kitchen. All utilities are included in the monthly payment. This will be an all male household. All roommates are extremely responsible and work full time. We are looking for roommates to work outside of the home. All occupants are responsible, respectful, friendly, courteous and positive people. Parking on street Only a few minutes away from 215 freeway, near shopping stores and restaurants on Newport.
