Furnished Room w/ private bath

Furnished bedroom with private bath. I can remove everything but the bed if needed. We have assigned off street parking, gated community, security, elevators onsite, plenty of laundry rooms, a small gym, and a big pool. The room has a forty-three inch tv and a comfy bed. I have a cat & a Frenchie(doesn't bark) but I have air purifiers so the air is clean (Litter box is hidden in my bathroom). There is plenty of personal kitchen space. I hardly ever have company. No pets or couples please. Rent always due on the 1st, no exceptions. Utilities are included. Minimum 3 month stay, and deposit refundable. Move in January 1st

About me: Transplant from Florida. It’s just me here and I work full time day shift. I also travel a few times a year. Looking for a roommate with a similar work schedule who is mature, clean, & chill. Super peaceful here!
