Furnished Room w/ private bath

Hello , I am in need of a cool, chill, and professional roommate. We have assigned off street parking, gated community, security, elevators onsite, plenty of laundry rooms, a small gym, and a big pool. I'm a professional that works day shift and I'm looking for a roommate that works a similar schedule. No remote working, please. The room has a 43in tv and a super comfy bed with mattress topper. I have a cat & have air purifiers so the air is clean (Litter box is hidden in my bathroom) It's very peaceful here and quiet time starts at 10 pm, respectively. You'd get half of the hallway closet & plenty of personal kitchen space. You'd also be welcome to use any of the kitchen cookware and there is a set of dishes for you as well if needed. I cook a lot of meals and almost always share with the tenant. I hardly ever have company but you are more than welcome to. I also travel a few times a year. Room available as of February 1st. Rent always due on the 1st, no exceptions. Utilities are included. Minimum 3 month stay, and deposit refunded if a 30 day notice given

I have 2 very important rules and they are pretty much the only rules. 1. Turn off lights when you leave the room. 2. No shoes in the house

There is a little room in my outside storage as well if you needed to store anything!
