Hi, I am an older, professional woman who is looking for a roommate to share a nice home. I have a small dog and two cats and a couple of adult daughters who occasionally visit. The home is clean and the room is furnished. There is a larger room near it that is about to be furnished with a couch and desk for a roommate to use as their own space to watch TV or work. I am a quiet person, no smoking, minimal alcohol and don't have a lot of people over. The home has a pool and is in a quiet neighborhood. It would be great if a roommate could occasionally share care of the animals if I don't get home from work when expected or have to go out of town, which is infrequent. I would want a roommate to live a similar lifestyle. No parties, no smoking.
