Private Room in Peaceful Home – Clean & Respectful

Private room available in a clean and well-kept home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient access to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads for commuting. There is plenty of street parking available.

The home has shared common areas including the kitchen, living room, and laundry. The available room is located in the hallway section of the house and shares a bathroom with the other rooms in that area. The layout of the house allows everyone to have their own space while still enjoying comfortable shared areas.

I’m the homeowner and live in the master bedroom with my girlfriend, which has its own private bathroom. There are currently two other roommates living in the home. One is my cousin who has lived here for about 8 years and is very reliable and easygoing, and the other is a friend who is respectful and keeps shared areas clean.

We also have two cats and one dog, so animal lovers are welcome. They’re friendly and part of the household.
