Private Room in Quiet Riverside Area Utility/WIFI

I am the homeowner renting one private bedroom in our clean, quiet Riverside home located near La Sierra Ave & Indiana Ave. The household includes myself, my mom, my younger sister, my stepdad, and Kai, our small and friendly dog.

Utilities and high‑speed Wi‑Fi are included in the rent. The room has a shared bathroom that will only be shared with me and my younger sister. My mom and stepdad have their own private bathroom in the master bedroom, so the bathroom is not shared with the entire household.

The home is in a very quiet area, about a 3‑minute drive to Tyler Galleria Mall, with freeway access just 2–3 minutes away. Costco, Target, and Walmart are all within approximately 5 minutes.

We are conveniently located near several universities, including UC Riverside (about 10–15 minutes) and California Baptist University (around 5–7 minutes).

We are looking for a female renter who is working full‑time and/or attending school part‑time or full‑time. This home is best suited for someone who values a peaceful, respectful, and low‑key living environment.

The room can be furnished with a bed(shown in pictures) and small brown dresser(shown in pictures) for $950. or unfurnished for $900.
