We are looking for AN INDIVIDUAL. THE RENT IS PER PERSON!

NO COUPLES and NO ADULTS WITH CHILDREN (THERE ARE TWO DOGS IN OUR HOME) and we do not feel comfortable having any children near or around the dogs.

MUST NOT HAVE DOG ALLERGIES! Our two dogs are Poodle-Mix, Hypoallergenic dogs but we have had, and continue to have, friends with their dogs over to visit or for us to watch and, as clean as we try to keep our home, there may be dog dander that could instigate allergies.

The room is FURNISHED and we prefer someone who needs a furnished room. A young college student who can leave most of their possessions back home with their family while attending one of our local colleges or universities.

The "ideal" candidate would be an EMPLOYED LOCAL COLLEGE or UNIVERSITY STUDENT and/or EMPLOYED
MILITARY. We are very proud of our home and want someone who takes pride in themselves and lives a clean and healthy lifestyle.

Great room for someone in Nursing School or School of Medicine. We have a Loft Office Space with a table and chairs perfect for Study Groups.

YOU MUST BE EMPLOYED OR HAVE MONTHLY INCOME (Scholarship, School Loan, Job(s), Parental Support) MANDATORY and we need to be able to verify employment or income.

Utilities INCLUDED: Electricity, Gas, Trash Pickup, Water, ADT Security System, AT&T Fiber High-Speed Internet (We have a "Smart Home" with so many switches trying to connect to the internet with lots of disruptions. OUR HOME WILL NOT NOT WORK FOR GAMERS) and you may find you will need to continue your online work at the University or local hot spot when our internet goes down.

Furnished Bedroom with Queen Bed* w/bedding, Nightstand, Dresser, Smart TV (Netflix and Amazon Video,) BLU RAY Player. Shared bathroom with private sink, private medicine cabinet, and under-sink storage.

We provide bed linens, towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. We have a house cleaner who may be here once or twice to clean and will need access to your room to change bedding, dust shutters and vacuum.

Cleanliness: We ask that you keep your room and bathroom tidy and clean up after yourself when using the kitchen or laundry room. No meals or dirty dishes in the room as we get ants.

Our Pets: 2 Dogs: A very friendly Male Bichon-Poo and a Male Yorkie-Poo.

PLEASE NO ADDITIONAL PETS!

No Tobacco, No Drugs, and No Hard Alcohol in the house.

We are an older gay couple who have been together for 37 years, and legally married 17 years. The house has a loft for a home office, a couch and TV, and a great place for a School Study Group. There is plenty of street parking in front of our home with no restrictions.
