I have 2 rooms available, both of which have brand new double beds, large desks/work spaces, smart tv's, high spped Wi-Fi, lounge chair/recliner, and night stand.

Rooms include ironing board/iron, laundry basket, hangers, ceiling fan, and lamps.

Access to laundy 1 day per week and full kitchen privileges.

Seeking working professionals, digital nomad, or serious students as renter.

City requires a minimum 90-day lease. Rooms are non-smoking, no drugs/vaping, no pets.

The home is quiet as I am a working professional for a nonprofit agency serving the Inland Empire.

Room lease rates are $900 for room 1 and $950 for room 2. There is a $500 security deposit per room. First step to lease is to fill out an application; following that you will receive a link to complete a credit check which is $45. Virtual or inperson walk-throughs are available once an application has been submitted and accepted.

First month's rent and security deposit through Zelle are due at time of lease signing.
