This home offers three rooms for long-term rental, with three residents: Carlos Rios father Herlinda Rios my mom and brother Alber Rios. My name is Sonia Rios, and I am the owner of the home. I do not live there, but I am your main point of contact.

We have one pet on the property, who is monitored throughout the day and at all times for safety and care.

Room to rent-Room B features a queen-size bed, with sheets and towels provided. The room will be respected, and if you wish, it can be cleaned weekly for $25, which includes fresh towels. If you prefer to keep your space private, we will not enter your room, but we do ask that you maintain your room and shared areas.

The kitchen is a shared space. Please plan your schedule accordingly and store all your food in your designated fridge located in your room. We will provide a kitchen cabinet for your pantry items. The main refrigerator in the home is off-limits to tenants.
