Roommate wanted female preferred

Looking for a female roommate to rent spare bedroom will have own bathroom in hall across from bedroom. Washer and Dryer inside unit. Large living room and Kitchen. 3 pools and tennis court. Refrigerator, Stove, dishwasher and microwave in kitchen. All utilities included. Must have verified income. Non smoker. Must be clean and tidy. Can have guests over as long as respectful and no parties or loud guests. Okay to have 1 overnight guest as long as they are respectful. I don’t mind casual drinker just no heavy drinker. Must be responsible and pay rent on time. Will be a shared household. You can buy and prepare your meals separately or we can share cooking as long as you pitch in for groceries. Bedroom is unfinished with nice size closet with shelves and sliding mirrored closet doors. Hard wool floors. Bathroom has shower/bathtub vanity with plenty of storage, ceramic tile floors.
