Seeking a reliable, low-drama tenant for an unfurnished room in a 3-bedroom home. (can leave a twin bed in space if needed)
You’ll be joining a quiet household of three adults (a small business owner and a retired Navy veteran) and one very affectionate Pitbull.
he Space & Amenities
* **Shared Spaces:** Full kitchen access, small dining area, and living room.
* **Bathroom:** Large shared bathroom with one long-term tenant.
* **Outdoor:** Fenced backyard with a built-in pool.
* **Connectivity:** 1 Gig Wi-Fi included.
* **Smoking:** 420 and tobacco permitted outside only.

House Rules & Guests
* **Zero Tolerance:** No hard drugs or problem drinking.
* **Guests:** Welcome within reason; overnight stays limited to 2 consecutive nights (max 7 nights per month and gatherings are permitted with notice and ok from us) Guests allowed is per our discretion. NO DRAMA
will consider couples for an additional fee for utilities.
**Laundry** Large new washer and dryer available in home..
* **Pets:** No additional animals permitted (resident dog is not pet-friendly).
### Rent & Requirements
* **Deposit:** $400 1 $600 couple (payment plans available).
* **Rent Credit:** Willing to negotiate lower rent in exchange for help with our high-maintenance, clingy, but sweet 2-year-old dog while wife is recovering from medical issues.
* **Qualifications:** Verifiable income and solid references required. A background check will be performed; honesty regarding your history is essential. Need a two prior months bank statements or paystubs and a photo id.
