Private rooms available in a 6-bedroom, 3-bath older home with shared common areas.

Each room is rented to one occupant per room. The home offers a quiet, respectful living environment.

Room 1 (Upstairs)( 9'3"x9'10" )
measures 9 feet 3 inches by 9 feet 10 inches. ( no Private bathroom)
Monthly rent is $700/month
Security deposit 700

Room 2 (Downstairs) ( 9'10"x 11)'
space measuring 9 feet 10 inches wide by 11 feet long ( no Private bathroom)
Monthly rent will be $750/month

All rooms are unfurnished

Bathrooms are shared (except master bedroom). There has been a lot of confusion no I am not renting out the master bedroom please read the entire ad most of your questions will be answered if you actually take the time to read please

Security deposit = one month’s rent (payment plan may be available)

Rent is prorated based on move-in date

I only covers up to $200 of electricity; remaining balance split among tenants
