Medium Size Room for Rent Furnished or Unfurnished

Medium size room for rent in a 4 bedroom house in Moreno Valley Cactus/Kitching Area. Includes all utilities and Internet. We are friendly & smoking is ok outside. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Couples considered @$900 per month. Beverly and I are an older gay couple with a contemporary mindset. We have multiple pets however, the house is kept clean and we are very active and work a lot. There is a full bathroom across the hall shared with Nate the other renter. Your rent includes your bathroom being cleaned every 2 weeks. There is a covered patio with furniture and a grill that you can help yourself to. We want you to enjoy the house and both Beverly and I and Nate are respectful people who are looking for the same. We keep the house cool with the central AC in the summer and heat in the winter. The house is quiet as is the neighborhood with the exception of me yelling at the animals or an occasional party by one of our neighbors 😜😄 There are still minor touches to be done to the room like new curtains and sheets, etc. and I'm open to repainting the room if you prefer.
