Great house. Great neighboorhood. Great location. While it is not downtown LA, the area is super safe, has lots of friendly neighbors, great restaurants and shopping plazas. I personally vet my renters and while 5.2 people live in the house (I’m almost never home), all of us rarely see each other. It’s almost commical really. We all support each other and we’re all good people. It’s important to trust the people you live with, I think.

You will have access to any common area, including the back yard and front fire-pit. We have 2 refrigerators and in a debate about getting a third. I have pots/pans, dishes you can use, if you want. I will have an 8 foot pool table arriving the end of May. With only a couple strict rules, you will have access to that as well.

I am a very easy going guy. I fly private jets for a living. I only wish to make sure a suitable person (or people) adds to our house. I’m not big into drama or overnight guests more than maybe once a week. And no smokers will be accepted. Not, no smoking in the house type of thing. No smokers at all. The smell makes me nauseous.

Other than that, I hope to hear from some kind and wonderful human beings :)
