The property is a mobile home, and the room is very small, which is why we don't ask for much. The neighborhood is really welcoming and safe. In the house, there is one roommate, my daughter and I, and a puppy ( 6 months, very friendly & not aggressive). When renting the room, you have access to a shared restroom with 1 other person, a fully functioning washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, microwave & stove, and a Refrigerator. The only thing we ask for is Respect for our property and our person.
