1)$850 - Nice small bright bedroom, (No actual Closet) last tenant had a closet he purchased on Amazon for under $200.

Access: Backyard, Pool, Kitchen, Shared Bathroom

Utilities Included: Light, Gas, Water, Trash, WiFi

These rooms are for an individual working person only.

No Laundry Room Access.

Not Allowed:

* Smoking

Guest are allowed with Notice to Landlord on Fridays and Saturdays Only! However, not every weekend.

Deposit: Same amount as Room Rent Price. Deposit will be returned once you move out. As long as the room is left in the same condition you moved in. Any cleaning or damages will be deducted from your deposit and a receipt will be provided.

Must be employed full time. Background checks will be implemented. No Criminal History will be allowed.

Who we are: We are a nice loving family. Husband and Wife. 2 Kids in home. One Adult one Minor. We also have two current roommates. We live in a huge two story 7 Bedroom home. We do not allow new pets, however we do have 4 cats. Husband is in the Nursing Field, Wife is in the Legal Field. We do have a fun Bar Setting at home with Karaoke nights. That’s how we enjoy our weekends sometimes by singing our hearts away. =)
