Cute Vintage Apartment Awaits the Right Renter(s)!

I rent a funky, 2bd 1940’s apartment in Downtown Riverside and want to sublet the bedrooms to some chill and responsible people who will appreciate the place’s vintage charm. It’s a single bath but has its own laundry room. There is some extra furniture around that I’m selling, but the bedrooms are unfurnished (a dresser and sofa are available). Neighborhood is beautiful and pretty safe, short walk to Mission Inn and Downtown restaurants/bars.

I will only be in town once or twice a month (the living room is my space), spending the rest of my time with my wife in OC. I am in my 40’s and like to keep a positive, easy-going and artsy vibe. I tend to get along better with women but guys are fine as long as you are not macho or into sports. Looking for roomers who are positive, responsible, clean, considerate and generally quiet. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Couples are okay if you rent both bedrooms.
