We recently had one of our long-time roommates move out and are looking to fill the room again. If you are looking for a nice and welcoming long term stay, then look no further. we got plenty of space, so it doesn't feel like you're living on top of each other. Friendly and welcoming. Come home from work, most of the time well have left overs from cooking you can always make yourself a plate. Jump in the pool to cool off, sit in the jacuzzi to warm up, have a fire outback or lounge in the hammock.
1250$ all included with utilities and maid service every 2 weeks its been super hot lately as well but not inside our place we got the ac going and its very nice along with the pool.
I got an 85-inch tv in the living room for the movie theater experience.
We cook meals together often and like to BBQ and go in the pool.
You can have guest over I'm pretty chill about it within reason.
You can do your own thing or hang out either or is fine.
Lots of drive way parking.
We get up pretty early for work most of us, work from 5 am - 1:30 PM.
Big half acre lot and swimming pool. Trying to fix the Jacuzzi still.
There is a big shopping center 1 freeway exit away.
About a mile from the 15 freeway on ramp.
Circle K down the street along with a lot of restaurants.
