We are a married couple in our 30s with full-time jobs and no kids, looking for a responsible roommate to rent one of the five bedrooms in our home. The house is very quiet with minimal foot traffic, making it a great space for someone who values a calm and comfortable living environment.

The room is currently furnished, but the furniture can be removed if you prefer to bring your own. You will have your own restroom located near the room. Tenants also have full access to the kitchen, pool, washer, and dryer.

We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, responsible, and employed full-time. To keep the home peaceful, overnight guests are not permitted. We would preferably like to rent the room to a female roommate.

Conveniently located near the 15 freeway, with easy access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and commuting routes.
