Looking for a trustworthy working individual to share a two story, 5 bedroom, 3bath home with! Upstairs room has a ceiling fan, one large window and three small windows. The room is furnished (Queen Bed, Dresser w/mirror, Nightstand, Bookshelf & TV) and carpets have been cleaned. There are two options if reference to the bathrooms (there’s 3) Shared or Private. Home comes with Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Solar, WiFi, Prime, Netflix, Treadmill, Elliptical, Boxing Bag, Patio Heater, Gas BBQ and nice size front & backyard. Smoking Outside okay, overnight guest on occasion, must be clean and help keep the common areas clean as well. We have a large dog and one cat (you won’t see that often) that are part of the family.
