Im looking for a roommate with great energy who can maintain tidy and clean common areas to share my home. A great match for would be someone who is quiet, doesn’t party in-home, doesn’t play loud music and is respectful of shared spaces. I go to sleep really early for early work hours so a comfortable and quiet home on weekdays is a must.

I work professionally 8-5, in office M-F. In my spare time, I enjoy doing Pilates and yoga, traveling, and lounging around with my two cats.

Room is unfurnished and has new paint and carpet.

All utilities and monthly cleaning service are split evenly between roommates.
