Private upstairs bedroom, fully furnished available for rent with flexible leasing options! Single occupant, female strongly preferred.

$1000 a month, $500 security deposit.

Includes utilities, monthly cleaning service, use of kitchen/common areas, use of washer/dryer, high speed wifi, use of my streaming services- Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, ESPN, YouTube premium, and more!

The Bedroom:
Queen size bed with brand new bedding, laminate floors, super-soft machine-washable rug, brand new desk, dresser and nightstand with drawers, alarm clock and lamp with USB charging ports conveniently next to the bed, mirrored closet doors, floating shelves for decor or extra storage, 32 inch TV with firestick included, large window with shade/curtain looking out to the garden and greenbelt area, and a ceiling fan as well as a box fan tucked away to be used when needed. I've thought of everything you could need- all you really need to bring with you is your clothes! Of course if you do have more stuff, I can remove whatever you dont need in the room.

The Bathroom
Conveniently located right next to your bedroom! . Has shower/tub combo with detachable shower head and shower curtain pockets to store your shampoos, soaps, etc. You would have the entire cupboard under the sink to yourself for storage, as well as a shelf in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom is shared with my teen daughter. She helps with keeping it clean. We also have a powder room downstairs you are welcome to use as well.

The Home
Home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in Corona off Fullerton and Magnolia. Stater Bros, Starbucks, and gas station right across the street and on the way to the 15 freeway entrance which is 3 minutes away! There is also a Walmart 5 min away and lots of other shopping, restaurants, salons, and medical offices close by.

You would have full use of kitchen including smart oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (both carafe and keurig style), toaster/air fryer, and a small tv in kitchen so you can follow along with cooking tutorials or catch the morning news with your coffee! You'll have designated storage cabinets and your own fridge/freezer just a few steps away in garage, use of dining area with a 6 seat dining table and comfortable, heavy duty chairs (seriously-my last roomate was 350 lbs and had no issues with these chairs!), livingroom with comfy sofa, arm chair, coffee table that extends to a dining table, electric fireplace with or without heat function, and 55 inch smart TV! Use of backyard area with 4 seat patio table with umbrella, small garden, and pretty patio lights at night! Use of washer/dryer in garage, and your own parking spot in the driveway. Home has several smart features including Alexa, smart oven, timered lights, smart garage door, and Google Nest thermostat. Also, home has brand new central AC and heat with upgraded vent in your bedroom!

Finally, you would have use of complex amenities including pool, jacuzzi, walking paths, and 24 hour security guards!

Who we are
I, 36F, am a professional with a Mon-Fri 9-5 job. I live with my daughter, a student at the nearby high school. We also have a small cockapoo (cocker spaniel/mini poodle) who is attached to me like glue so he would stay out of your way. He is hypoallergenic and well-behaved (Never chews things, never bites, never steals food, etc)

Who You Are
We are looking for a single occupant, and prefer another female. Must have reliable income and clean background (minor offenses might be overlooked depending on the situation, talk to me!) I am open to hanging out together and watching movies, etc. in the evenings or if you prefer to keep to yourself that's fine too! I don't care what you do in your private business as long as it doesn't negatively affect us or our home. We just ask that you're respectful and we will do the same 🙂
