We have a room for rent $800 utilities included

Hi. We are a married couple who are renting our 3rd room to a calm cool and collected person. It's how we see ourselves. 3 hard working, fun and respectful individuals who keep to themselves and enjoy their home with visit from time to time. We have simple house rules and a contract that comes with the temperary month to month rental of the room. We are a four twenty friendly home. We ask that you are clean, quiet and respectful, No pets other than the owners small female doggie allowed in the residence. Reach out if you're interested. Please no couples, no kids, no visitors. Basic utilities are included in rental of the room and shared bathroom upstairs, minimal kitchen use please, must have proof of employment, must clean after yourself and clean the shared bathroom weekly. The home has a total of 3 rooms 2.5 baths. The upstairs room is shared but the 1 other renter is hardly home. The home is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves just come home to sleep and then back to work the next day. There is plenty of parking on the sidewalk to the community homes right outside the main gate. community has cameras for security. The room comes furnished with a queen bed, a TV, and a dresser.
