Rental Requirements

* Single adult occupancy only—maximum of one person
* The space is not large enough to accommodate additional occupants
* Monthly rent: $800
* Security deposit: $500, due when the rental agreement is signed
* First month’s rent is due before move-in and will be prorated when applicable
* Background screening is required and paid by the applicant
* Applicant must provide the three most recent months of pay stubs or other verifiable proof of income

Pet Policy

Pets may be considered with an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet.

No access to the main home is permitted. No washer or dryer access. The only shared space is the patio, and backyard.
