Just moving to the area and opening a sober environment home. Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol. Probably not for newcomers because while there are rules, this is not sober living. House is 1,691 sq feet. Large common area, huge backyard with a fire pit, bbq pit, pool, and plans for a jacuzzi. Plenty of street parking. Washer/dryer

Rooms are medium sized tbh. Vaping is okay, smoking in designated area.

As for me, It’s me and my husband. He is little over a year sober, im 32 years sober. He’s a hair stylist and I’m retired. We’ve been together 3 years. This is my second sober home. I’m easy going as long as you pay your rent, do your chores, clean up after yourself, be positive, be honest, and work on your recovery. I don’t believe 12-step is the only way but it’s a great place to start. Hope to hear from you.
Rooms are 10x11 and unfurnished.
Willing to furnish. Utilities are included.
