Room for rent in house close to everything

Looking for roommate to share my 3 bed/1 bath home with on-street parking, fenced-in backyard and within walking distance of the main cross streets in town.

Must clean up after yourself and keep common areas in good order. I'm not a neat freak but I'm not a slob either.

Non-smoker preferred (if you smoke it must be outside) and must be employed or have some other verifiable source of income.

I have three dogs and five cats so while you will not be responsible for taking care of them they are my family so you need to at least tolerate them.

I want someone who wants this place to be a safe haven and one that you consider a sanctuary.
