Looking for Roomate

My fiancé and I are looking for a female roomate. Our address is on Lilac Ln in
Beaumont CA . We live in a gated community. Our neighborhood pool and park will be opened by May. We have a year and a half old Belgian Malinois. Must be ok with our dog. Future tenant will have access to our WiFi, laundry room, home gym etc. The room is located upstairs. You will have your own full bathroom that will be shared only when we have guests. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. No pets. Visitors only upon request. Parking available. Utilities included in monthly rent payment . Any damages done will come out of your pocket. Maximum rental stay for one year. First month rent due at the time of move in and then on the same day of the following months. Meet and greet prior to moving in.
