I have two furnished rooms available in a newer, 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in the Banning/Beaumont area. The home is clean, quiet, respectful, and well maintained, and would be a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable long-term place to live.

Option 1 — Large Primary Suite — $1,300/month, negotiable for the right fit
This is a very spacious furnished primary bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, dual vanity, soaking tub-shower combo, and two oversized walk-in closets. One of the walk-in closets is large enough to be used as a small private office, study, reading, or work-from-home space, while still leaving a second walk-in closet for clothing. The room is furnished with a queen size bed and mattress, two, three-drawer nightstands, and an electric height-adjustable desk and chair can be provided if needed.

Option 2 — Furnished Upstairs Bedroom — $900/month
A comfortable furnished private upstairs bedroom with beautiful mountain views. The room shares a large full bathroom with one other male resident, who is a schoolteacher. He is quiet, respectful, and very clean. The bathroom is shared only between the two residents.

The home includes a shared fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and living areas, a reading/work nook, in-home laundry, high-speed internet, and a landscaped backyard. Community amenities include pools, walking trails, BBQ areas, parks, and maintained outdoor spaces.

Utilities are included subject to a $300 monthly household utility cap covering water, gas, electricity, internet, and trash. If total household utilities exceed $300, the overage is divided among the residents. The home is also equipped with solar, which helps reduce overall electricity costs and supports more energy-efficient living.

The household is best suited for someone who values cleanliness, consideration, respectful communication, and reasonable quiet. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM. No smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests.
