I am renting out a furnished private bedroom on the second floor of a three-bedroom home. The home is quiet and clean. I am looking for a long-term renter, preferably someone who is responsible, respectful, and works a daytime job.

* I provide my Hulu and Netflix subscriptions to you, available at no additional cost.
* If you decide to bring a TV into your room, I will provide my Hulu and Netflix subscription information to you for free.
* Washer and dryer available!

The kitchen refrigerator is fully stocked with food belonging to the current residents and does not have room for another person’s food. That is why a good-size refrigerator with a freezer is provided in your bedroom. You will still have full access to the kitchen for cooking and preparing your meals.

Bathroom

The bathroom is shared with one other male resident. It is clean, spacious, and kept well-maintained.

Quiet Home & House Rules

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

* No guests or overnight visitors
* No partiers
* No smoking
* No drinking
* No drug use
* Please keep shared areas clean
* Must agree to the quiet-hours policy

I am looking for a long-term renter, preferably:

* A professional and responsible person
* A male applicant, since the bathroom is shared with another male resident
* Someone who works a daytime job and has a quiet schedule
* Someone who is respectful and considerate of others
* Someone who is comfortable with a quiet home environment
* Someone with verifiable employment and income
* Someone willing to complete a background check and provide references
* Someone who will pay rent on time and follow the house rules

Location

The home is located in Fiddiment Farm in Roseville, a quiet desire able and very safe neighborhood close to stores, several parks, and walking trails.

A small pet may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rent & Deposit

Rent: $1,250 per month, due on the 1st of each month.

Security deposit: $750.
