West Roseville - Professional & Quiet

Looking for a professional working person or student to rent a room in our home. Ideally, would like to find someone who works a typical 9-5 job- however, this is not a deal breaker. We just don't want someone who is going to be up making noise or cooking late at night as we are working professionals.

There are 2 of us living here, me and my husband. We are all very tidy and considerate of each other. We are looking for someone with the same mindset.

Renting a single downstairs room from a home in a gated community in West Roseville, near Fiddyment and Baseline. Located close to the new Costco. Street parking is available.

Due to concerns over COVID-19, we are looking for someone who has also protected themselves and others from infection. Must already be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination or must be planning to get any missing COVID-19 vaccine boosters before moving in.

Rent is $1000, which includes all utility costs, WIFI and once a week access to laundry, washer and dryer. Tenant will have access to kitchen for cooking, storage space in pantry, fridge, and freezer.

No pets, smoking, weed, or drug use allowed. Edible weed is okay- we just don't want to be able to smell it. Photo ID & Pay Stubs are required. We may elect to perform a background check after first meeting.

Room is fully furnished with a bedframe, mattress, desk, dresser/storage, and fan. First month’s rent of $1000+ $1000 deposit will be paid before moving in. 1 year signed lease required to move in.
