About the room & home: This is a private, furnished bedroom with a closet and is the second-largest room in the house. I currently live alone. Shared spaces include the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and backyard. You’ll primarily use the hallway bathroom, though it may occasionally be shared when family or friends are visiting. Electricity, water, and internet are included. The family room is a private area for me and my cats.

House expectations:
This is a peaceful and respectful home. Overnight guests are not allowed (visits are welcome, but please meet outside the house). Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. I prefer light cooking, as the kitchen and fridge space are limited. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves, help keep the kitchen tidy, and assist with taking out the trash. Quiet hours are from 11:30 pm onwards. Respectful and considerate behavior is highly valued.

I’m a 50+ year-old, honest, straightforward, and spiritual person. I value quietness, cleanliness, respect, and discretion. I don’t smoke or drink/drugs and I share my home with two cats. I occasionally have family and friends come to visit.

I’m understanding, flexible, and easygoing, but I also have clear rules and principles that help keep the home peaceful and comfortable. I work 3–4 days a week, and my shifts start later, so I often get home late at night. I value good communication and addressing things early and respectfully to keep everything running smoothly. I also travel often, so trust and reliability are important to me.
