Large home in Roseville by the fairgrounds

If you’d like to walk to the Roseville Fairgrounds, it’s 2 blocks away. If you are needing to get to the 80 or 65, it’s 15 on a heavy traffic morning. Plenty of grocery stores, places to grab a bite to eat, and there is a park just 3 blocks away! Our entire neighborhood is really tight knit, and we all respect one another but also look out for one another’s home and safety.

The kitchen is a good size with lots of surface space if you need it to cook/bake. A washer, dryer, and two refrigerators are included. The garage is rather spacious and is where a very simple pantry and one of the refrigerator’s is located. There is some space in the rafters for storage as well.

Admittedly the back yard receives so much sun that not much can grow back there, but the front of the house can have a very good sized pollinator garden. I’m currently working on renovating the planter in front of the house.

There are two rooms available to pick from, it simply depends on if you desire more closet space or living space. There is a bathroom that would be yours but unfortunately it is not connected to either bedroom. The living room is quite spacious and leads to the dining area as well.
