Furnished bedroom available within gated community

Furnished bedroom and private bath (hall bath) in a 2200 square foot 1-story beautiful traditional style home. My home is a corner house in a quiet gated neighborhood of all one story homes. The community center is equipped with a fitness room, pool table and a small honor style library, along with a pool, spa, tennis court and bocce ball court. The bedroom is on the larger side with a queen size bed, lots of storage, TV, DVD, Roku and a blue tooth speaker. My home will basically be shared as you will have access to the laundry room and the kitchen. My back yard is a work in progress at the moment...when its complete it is beautiful, peaceful and private. There is a large patio area with table and sitting area along with a BBQ. I just had two of my good neighbor fences replaced but they still need to be painted, which will happen soonish. Most likely in the fall I will have new sod put down as I lost my grass to bermuda/crab grass this last summer. The nearest big cross streets are Foothills and Pleasant Grove Blvd. My neighborhood is also very close to shopping, restaurants and HWY 80 and 65.
