Bedroom for rent (3 bed 2 1/2 bathroom Townhome)

Hi there looking for a nice, clean and friendly roommate to rent out my spare bedroom. I live with my dad and my two cats but unfortunately we can no longer afford to live here without renting out our extra room. We have a spacious townhouse with 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. Our home also includes a laundry room, a personal parking garage if you have a vehicle and fireplace. We would prefer a roommate without any pets due to the fact that I already own two and they don’t do well to new pets but rest assured that we are a super clean household and keep up with maintaining them. Currently the spare room is used as my cats “play room” but it’s a nice really space with a large closet and window so the room gets nice lighting.
