Hello! I’m moving out of my room in a 3 bedroom apartment and need someone to take my place on the lease. The existing roommates have 2 cats (skittish but not aggressive and very cute), and love watching Movies and TV shows and listening to music. The room is the medium sized room in the apartment and has a window and fairly large closet with mirrored sliding doors. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates.
The unit does not allow smoking within 20 feet of any buildings but the existing roommates are 420 and cat friendly.
In unit laundry, central AC and heating, dishwasher, etc.
Current lease is up for renewal in October.
It really is a nice apartment and it’s so relaxing in the summer with the pool and the park.
