Washer/Dryer in unit. Amenities include pool, and gym. Bedroom has new carpet, it comes unfurnished. It is in very good condition. The bedroom window is west facing and gets a beautiful sunset view.
The Kitchen/Dinning room/living room/patio are shared spaces and are fully furnished. I’ve got great kitchen items, including an ice cream maker, Keurig, Magic Bullet and more. There is a small refrigerator with medium freezer for your personal use. There are 2 large cupboards in the kitchen for your food items.
Pets: I have a 10 lb. Dog. He loves other dogs. Possibly able to accept another small dog into the apartment that is under 35 lb. No cats, sorry.
This is a really sweet neighborhood. The apart complex is all families so it is totally quiet at night. There is a park nearby.
Covid: Because I am immunocompromised I ask that housemate’s guests wear a mask when visiting and spending time in the communal space. I am susceptible to getting very sick from COVID, so it’s important we can talk about precautions if things in the world change for better or worse. You must be fully covid vaccinated and boosted. I am both vaccinated & boosted.

About me: I am friendly and understanding and kind. I am disabled and use a power chair outside of the house. I spend most of my free time reading, knitting, hanging with my sweet doggie, and on Zoom with friends and family. I love to decorate for holidays! I enjoy my safe space at home. My main concern is finding a housemate who is considerate and kind so we can be a positive influence in each other’s lives. I have a caregiver that comes 5-6 days a week during the day (12-6) to help with my needs and to maintain the home. It is best if you work away from home as I am home basically 24/7 due to my chronic illness. I love my place, I take very good care of it. I am very neat, clean and organized. I’m looking for the same in a housemate. My little dog is very energetic, and loves people, but he must be introduced to first time strangers. He loves other dogs. I enjoy people and sharing a space with others. I would enjoy hanging out with my housemate.
