Offering one of two (Burgundy & Gray) cozy furnished bedroom(s) in our safe, relaxing and beautiful single story home (NO Stairs), located in Rocklin, California. **Single occupant bedroom (Gray bedroom) comes with a full size bed, curtains, dresser, night stand, closet, lots of storage, Wifi, TV with Roku streaming service, sound machine alarm clock, surge protector power strips, ceiling fan, laundry basket, garbage can and a locking door for privacy. Shared bathroom offers a shower tub combo, double sinks, ample amount of storage and towels. A cupboard and drawer for your personal items.

Access to all the main living spaces which include the kitchen, great room, game room, laundry room and several outdoor relaxation spots.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and eating utensils. A cupboard for any kitchen items or dry goods you may need to store and refrigerator/freezer space.
Relax in the great room on the comfy recliner, while streaming your favorite show. The fireplace adds a nice ambience on cold winter days.
Let the games begin...Shoot some pool in our game room, while listening to your favorite record. There's a couple bistro tables and cabinet filled with board games and puzzles. Enjoy!
The laundry room provides a washer, dryer, sink, cleaning supplies, vacuum, area to hang dry clothing, sewing kit, shoe shine kit, steamer, iron and ironing board. A cupboard for any other supplies you need to store.
Our backyard offers a relaxing outdoor living space with a gas fire pit, dining table & Bar B Que. Relax and enjoy watching several yard hobby railroads, bird watching from several locations in the yards or watch the squirrels frolic in the property lined with redwood trees.

Beautiful single level home (no stairs on the property) has 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, approximately 2,400 sq. ft., solar electricity and is located in the highly desired neighborhood of Sunset Heights. Located near several medical facilities, sightseeing destinations and amenities including; shopping plazas, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, local wineries, bicycling and hiking trails.

We want you to feel our home is your home while you are staying with us. Our goal is for you to feel welcomed, safe and relaxed after a long day of work or play.

Our desired tenant is courteous, willing and able to be tidy and clean up after themselves, be respectful of the household and the neighborhood. Last but not least, you must like animals. We have three happy and friendly cats and a dog.

About our household...
My hubby, my 20 year old happy and respectful son, a male roommate and myself live here full-time. Two awesome and well behaved kids (teen years old) are with us on Friday and Saturday nights. Yes, I know it sounds like a super busy home. However, it is calm, quiet and very peaceful over 90% of the time. When the teens are home they spend most of their time in the garage, outside being creative or exploring. During the day you may hear quiet, calming spa, jazz, oldies or relaxing music playing in the common area (kitchen/great room) or backyard. Everyone works together to keep a clean home. We strive to keep a welcoming, safe, cozy and happy home. "Team work makes the dream work". We look forward to the opportunity to meet you and show you our home.
