Our home is your home! Unwind by the sparkling pool, enjoy barbecuing on the deck or just relax in the expansive, oak-tree-filled back yard. Kickstart your day with a leisurely walk, brisk run or bike ride on the trails through our safe and quiet private neighborhood with 180 acres of open space and multiple ponds full of turtles, fish and waterfowl and neighborhood clubhouse and swim lake with sand beach, swim dock and water slide.

Perfect for corporate stays, students, traveling professionals or educators, this suite offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort and location.

This large (12.5’ x 13’) bedroom full of natural light includes a queen bed with pillow top mattress and premium linens, a comfortable accent chair from which to read or watch a movie, a desk and chair, nightstand, dresser, closet with clothes pole and shelves for abundant storage space, Keurig coffee maker, mini refrigerator and beautiful views from the windows of the backyard.

Private Bathroom- The bathroom is bright and designed to maximize convenience. It includes a full shower, modern sink with plenty of storage, and fresh lighting that keeps the space feeling clean and welcoming. A starter set of toiletries is provided. It is easy to move around in and provides everything you need for a comfortable daily routine.

Guests have access to the shared spaces of our home including kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry facilities and backyard.

Kitchen – A light, bright chefs haven fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances including Thermador professional 6-burner gas stove and electric oven, ample granite counter space for prepping your culinary creations, designated shelf space in full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all essentials including, but not limited to, blender, toaster, espresso machine, waffle maker and stand mixer

Dining Room – Separate dining room with table for six to eight with comfortable chairs to enjoy meals or game night

Family Room – Plush, over-sized sofas are the anchor for this light-filled, high ceiling retreat with a 54” flat screen TV. A wood stove roars during the chilly winter months.

Laundry – Large, top-loading washer, dryer and drying rack.

Outdoor space – 1.1 acres of lawn and garden, large Trex deck ideal for barbecuing and eating outside during our lovely summer evenings, private sparkling pool with diving board and cozy outdoor furniture and umbrellas, large lawn for laying down a blanket and checking out all the oak trees, squirrels and birds. Challenge us to a friendly game of corn hole!

Your Hosts
We are a kind and fun family! We have been married for 27 years and have three terrific kids, a daughter who has launched and is attending university and twin sons in their senior year of high school. We enjoy family dinner most nights out on the deck during the summer and quiet evenings by the fire in the winter. We love to host the occasional barbecue, taco night, evening bike ride or small pool party or head up to Tahoe on the weekends for skiing in the winter and mountain biking, hiking, paddleboarding and live music in the summer. We have a well-loved, comfortable, clean home in an extremely friendly neighborhood with lots of amenities and what I think is one of the prettiest backyards in our neighborhood. We would love to share our space with new people so others can enjoy it as well. We are a short bike ride from Folsom Lake which has miles of quite fantastic mountain biking and hiking trails.

Rent includes all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi, and use of fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer and all common areas of the home and yard.
