-By Edgewood Rd and Live oak Lane.

-Available June 2nd 2026; with a 6month lease/Then month to month after that.

-The unit ALL NEW as of a year ago is a small 2bed:2Bath; Shared Living room, Kitchen, Frig., Washer/Dryer, Upper Loft area, Storage shed, back yard, front parking, mail box.

-This is a small one bedroom rental with your own shower bathroom.

-$850/monthly includes house utilities (Power, trash, water); and one basic monthly housecleaning.

-Will need 1st, Last, Deposit ($2550) to move in; can negotiate payment plan for part.

-Will also need to show Income (and Length of income) and at least 3 references (Previous Rentals: Personal).

We’re Looking for a single (male/female) person with a somewhat quiet life style. No street drugs or heavy drinking please. No smoking of any kind allowed in unit (out back or in shed ok).

Current Tenant/Roommate is a 28yr old Male. He currently has a large non-violent, no bark (little whining when he leaves for work only) low key sweet heart of a dog. He’s accepting of a male or female roommate.

Management lives in another unit on premises.
