Primary suite w/ private bath, Yorba Linda

I'm looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to share my home! The room will be available between September 15 and October 1.

You'll have the entire primary suite, which includes a spacious private bedroom (unfurnished), a private en suite bathroom, and a walk in closet.

The home is a 3 bedroom house in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a culdesac, and you'll only be sharing it with me and my two friendly dogs, so it's a relaxed, low traffic home.

The house includes fully furnished common areas, a full kitchen with everything you need, central A/C, washer and dryer, driveway or street parking, and Wi-Fi.

Rent is $1,800 a month with utilities included, plus a $500 security deposit. I'm open to month to month or a one year lease, but hoping to find someone who wants to stay long term. A credit check is required. No additional pets, but you must love dogs. Overnight guests are fine, just keep communication open about it.

A little about me: I'm 32, work full time, and enjoy keeping the house clean and comfortable. I appreciate a relaxed home environment and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
